AI platforms for crop and livestock production - remote-sensing crop intelligence, farm management and record-keeping, livestock monitoring, sustainability and carbon, and in-field IoT. Same evaluation protocol as every Yardstick vendor list.

Cohort inclusion criteria

  • Crop & field intelligence: satellite / drone / IoT remote sensing, crop health and yield prediction, pest / disease / weed detection, AI agronomy.
  • Farm management: crop and field planning, operations and input recording, compliance, farm accounting and financials.
  • Livestock monitoring: animal tracking, health and behavior monitoring, grazing and pasture management, smart tags.
  • Sustainability & traceability: carbon / MRV, regenerative ag, natural capital and soil health, supply-chain traceability.
  • In-field IoT: deployed sensors and gateways for crop, water, infrastructure, and asset monitoring.

This vendor set is deliberately broad: a livestock-tag vendor does not do crop imagery, and a satellite-analytics vendor ships no field sensors. Each vendor is scored on its actual coverage of every dimension - a dimension a vendor's product category structurally does not address scores zero, not a penalty for missing evidence.
