Data Engineering
CRM hygiene, ICP signal layers, and the kind of plumbing work that makes downstream AI plays actually work.
Integration Team
Some rollouts need hands on the data. Independent consultants and data engineers we work with for in-person engagements. When the buyer wants someone in the room, not just a PDF in the binder.
When to engage us
The Report points you at the plays. The Integration Team runs the play that needs hands-on data work.
Foundation-stage buyers whose data layer is messy: duplicates, missing fields, no source of truth. A two-week engagement to dedupe, define ICP signals, and standardize the data layer often unlocks every AI play downstream.
Pilot-stage buyers who want one bounded experiment run end-to-end with a control. A consultant sets up the experiment, instruments the measurement, and reports back with the lift number you can actually defend.
Scale-stage rollouts where the bidirectional CRM sync isn't bidirectional, or where the vendor's "native" integration breaks under your custom objects. We bring an engineer who has seen the failure mode before.
Optimization-stage teams that want to prove which workflow is actually producing the lift. A consultant builds the attribution model, instruments the dashboard, and writes the methodology so the CFO can audit it.

RevOps Pilot Design
Bounded outbound experiments with proper controls. Measures reply lift the way the CFO can defend, not the way the vendor pitched it.

When the vendor's native integration meets your custom objects and breaks. Has seen the failure mode before, can fix it without ripping out the stack.

Builds the attribution model that lets the team distinguish AI-attributable lift from secular trends. Writes the methodology so the CFO can audit it.
How we work
01
What you are trying to fix, what stage you are at, what your stack looks like. If you have run the audit, send the score; that is the fastest way to get matched.
02
One person, not a "bench." We tell you who they are, what they have shipped that is similar, and a fee range. You talk to them directly.
03
Yardstick does not mark up the rate. We make a finder fee that is disclosed up front. The consultant works for you, not us, and we do not see your data unless you specifically invite us in.
04
To learn what worked and what did not, and to update the bench accordingly. Consultants whose engagements come back unhappy do not stay on the bench.
What we will not do. Bundle the consultant fee into a Yardstick Report tier. Mark up the consultant's rate. Place a consultant we have not personally worked with. Recommend an engagement that the buyer's stage does not actually need.
Email us. We will reply within two business days with a recommendation or an honest no.
