Vendor list · AI for hospitality & travel

AI for hospitality and travel, scored on the published rubric.

AI platforms for hotels, restaurants, and travel operators - property and restaurant operations, revenue and distribution management, guest experience and CRM, food and beverage and events, and workforce management. Same evaluation protocol as every Yardstick vendor list.

Cohort inclusion criteria

  • Property & restaurant operations: property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS), and back-office operations.
  • Revenue & distribution management: revenue management, dynamic pricing, channel management, booking engines, and rate / market intelligence.
  • Guest experience & CRM: guest profiles, marketing, reservations, contactless check-in, messaging, and loyalty.
  • Food, beverage & events: online ordering, table and reservation management, F&B analytics, and events and catering.
  • Workforce & labor management: scheduling, labor optimization, hiring, and inventory and procurement.

This vendor set is deliberately broad: a restaurant-ordering platform does not do hotel revenue management, and a workforce-scheduling tool does not do channel distribution. Each vendor is scored on its actual coverage of every dimension - a dimension a vendor's product category structurally does not address scores zero, not a penalty for missing evidence.

Rubric (7 dimensions)

  • Property + restaurant operations (PMS/POS) (16%) - property management systems, point of sale, and back-office operations.
  • Revenue + distribution management (17%) - revenue management, dynamic pricing, channel management, booking engines, and rate / market intelligence.
  • Guest experience + CRM (15%) - guest profiles, marketing, reservations, contactless check-in, messaging, and loyalty.
  • Ease of data integration + accuracy (25%) - connectors across PMS, POS, CRS / channel managers, OTAs, booking engines, and payment, with documented APIs. The heaviest-weighted dimension.
  • Food, beverage + events (9%) - online ordering, table and reservation management, F&B analytics, and events and catering.
  • Workforce + labor management (8%) - scheduling, labor optimization, hiring, and inventory and procurement.
  • Cost economics + time-to-value (10%) - pricing transparency, documented ROI / payback, and a reasonable deployment timeline.
