Unifyr
Identity
All-in-one PRM + Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) + LMS suite. Zift Solutions (founded 2006) rebranded to Unifyr in 2024; product is Unifyr One (formerly ZiftONE) with Unifyr Engage (emerging) and Unifyr Enterprise tiers added 2025. HQ Cary, NC + Munich. ~157 employees [THIRD-PARTY: Crunchbase]. ~$135M raised [THIRD-PARTY: Crunchbase]; Investcorp Technology Partners V is the most recent lead. 2025 IDC MarketScape PRM Leader [THIRD-PARTY]; Forrester Q4 2025 notable vendor [THIRD-PARTY]. Named customers include SAS and IFS (both F500) [VENDOR-CLAIMED].
Total score: 58.8 / 100
- Stage fit:
- Foundation (<40 readiness): conditional, Unifyr Engage entry tier exists, but quote-only sales motion means a Foundation-stage buyer cannot self-serve a decision or compare cost.
- Pilot (40–59): yes, Sweet-spot for a buyer launching a first formal partner program that needs portal + LMS + TCMA in a single buy.
- Scale (60–79): yes, Unifyr One is the canonical mid-market PRM suite; 50–500 active partners is the documented heartland.
- Optimization (80+): conditional, Unifyr Enterprise and F500 references support it, but full-stack buyers at this stage also evaluate Impartner; UX preference often favors Unifyr, but negotiation friction is higher.
- One-line verdict: Mid-market consolidation play, Unifyr is the right answer when a buyer needs PRM + TCMA + LMS from one vendor and can tolerate a fully quote-only sales motion.

Pricing detail
- Public pricing: None. /pricing returns 404; every CTA routes to "Book a Demo."
- Vendor-authored range guidance (from vendor's own "How much does PRM cost?" blog, not a product tier table): $400–$600 per partner per year; ~$80K–$120K annually for 200-partner programs; emerging programs $1,500–$2,500/month [VENDOR-CLAIMED].
- Named SKUs: Unifyr Engage (emerging, launched Dec 2025), Unifyr One (mid-market, formerly ZiftONE), Unifyr Enterprise (large global programs).
- Add-ons: Advanced Partner CRM Integration (lets partners work from their own Salesforce instance) priced separately.
- Penalty applied: Hard (−10). Unifyr is actively marketing the Engage SMB tier without giving SMB buyers a public price to evaluate. Quote-only pricing is the PRM-category norm, but the absence of any tier table or starting price is a deliberate opacity choice, not a data gap.
Integrations

Editorial assessment
Unifyr is the consolidation play in the PRM cohort. The 2006 ZiftONE heritage, the 2017 Relayware merger, and the 2024 Unifyr rebrand have accumulated into one product that combines PRM, through-channel marketing automation, and a learning management system in a single contract. For a mid-market technology vendor running 100–500 channel partners that needs all three, Unifyr is the realistic "avoid integrating three separate platforms" answer. The 2025 IDC MarketScape Leader designation and the Forrester Q4 2025 mention reflect the analyst consensus: Unifyr is a full-suite incumbent, distinct from co-sell-data specialists (Crossbeam) or SaaS-affiliate specialists (PartnerStack).
The Unifyr IQ launch in December 2025, five agents covering onboarding, campaign recommendation, content discovery, social, and deal risk, adds AI-branded capability but does not change the underlying architecture. The /integrations page listing Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini as MCP partners is the tell: the agents route through external LLM providers rather than running on a model Unifyr owns or controls. For scoring purposes this matters, ai_native_score=25 reflects a heritage vendor that bolted on an LLM layer in 2025, not a vendor that was built with AI at the core. The ai_capability_depth of 2/4 reflects the same finding: the agents are real but narrow, and the LLM data-handling posture is undisclosed.
The hard pricing penalty costs 10 points and is the primary gap between Unifyr's base score (68.8) and its headline (58.8). Quote-only pricing is the PRM-category default, Impartner and Mindmatrix draw the same penalty, but Unifyr is unusual in actively marketing an SMB-end Engage tier without publishing even a starting price for it. The integration-page gap is a secondary finding: the CRM connectors clearly exist in product and are documented in the Zendesk KB, but they are not surfaced where a prospect would look during evaluation. Both gaps are vendor-controlled and fixable.
At 58.8, Unifyr sits just below PartnerStack (also 58.8) and well below the cohort leader Crossbeam (85). The Unifyr vs. Impartner head-to-head is the most relevant comparison: G2 reviewers report Unifyr is easier to operate but Impartner's sales motion is lower-friction. For a buyer choosing between them, the discriminators are whether TCMA + LMS consolidation is valued (Unifyr wins) and whether a PE-backed vendor with CEO-churn history is a risk factor (equal concern for both).
Revisit when: Unifyr publishes a /pricing page or starting-tier numbers for Engage; Unifyr IQ's LLM provider and customer-data handling are disclosed; ISO 27001 certification (vs. controls-based alignment) is confirmed; or the /integrations page names its CRM connector partners.
Best for
- Mid-market technology vendors (100–500 channel partners) running VAR, MSP, or distributor programs who need PRM + TCMA + LMS in a single contract.
- Buyers who want proven F500 references (SAS, IFS) as evidence that the platform holds at scale.
- Programs where through-channel marketing automation, MDF management, content syndication, co-branded campaigns, is a primary buying criterion, not an add-on.
Not a fit for: buyers who require published pricing to build a business case before engaging sales; SaaS-affiliate or pure co-sell-intelligence use cases where Crossbeam or PartnerStack are better-matched; organizations where PE ownership tenure and CEO continuity are procurement risk criteria.
Right-of-reply gaps
- Confirm the SOC 2 Type II audit date and report-availability process for prospective customers.
- Disclose the LLM provider(s) powering each Unifyr IQ agent (Onboarding, Campaign, Ask, Social, Deal IQ) and whether customer or partner data is included in any training, retention, or fine-tuning loop.
- Publish a /pricing page with at least starting-tier figures for Unifyr Engage, or confirm whether the $1,500–$2,500/month range in the vendor's own "How much does PRM cost?" blog is the current Engage range.
- Confirm that the CRM connectors documented in the ZiftONE Zendesk KB (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, SugarCRM, Marketo) carry forward into Unifyr One under active connector contracts.
- Provide ISO 27001 certification status (vs. "controls based on ISO 27001") and any ISO 27701 / ISO 42001 roadmap.
- Provide the subprocessor list and data-residency options for EU and non-EU customers.
- Median days-to-launch for Unifyr One at the 100-partner, 500-partner, and 1,000-partner tier.
